1. Eligibility: The online draw is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Must be a legal resident of Canada.
  • Must NOT be an employee, or a close family member of an employee, of Preston Hardware or its subsidiaries.
  • Must have a valid email address.
    *An individual using an email address that has previously been unsubscribed from our mailing list, will not be eligible to win.

2. Entry: To enter the online draw, participants must follow the specified method of entry as stated in the draw announcement.

3. Multiple Entries: Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries from the same person will count as one (1) entry.

4. Entry Deadline: The deadline for entries will be clearly indicated in the draw announcement. Entries received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize: The prize details, including its description, value, and any specific terms or restrictions, will be clearly stated in the draw announcement. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The selection process will be fair and unbiased.

7. Winner Notification & Pick Up: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process. The winner will have 30 days after notification is sent to pick up the prize at our location: 248 Preston Street, Ottawa ON. If the winner fails to pick up the prize within this time period, or if the notification is undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Verification: The selected winner may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify their eligibility. Failure to provide the requested information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Publicity: By participating in the online draw, participants grant permission to the organizers to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Privacy: The personal information collected during the entry process will be used for the purposes of administering the online draw and providing promotional emails by Preston Hardware and its subsidiaries.

11. Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or attempts to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the draw results.

12. Limitation of Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may occur during the entry process or the draw. They are also not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by or related to the participation in the draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

13. Modification or Termination: The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the online draw at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
